In this episode Christopher breaks the news of the passing of a dear friend of the program, musician, singer, rapper, producer, actor, and website developer, Mr Aviad Cohen. He also shares a story about Aviad when this program started many years ago, and Aviad was one of the first guests.
This episode centers around the confusion and the need for validation from the Hebrew Roots Movement and why the movement is so fragmented and it becasue of inauthentic people pretending to be authentic for reasons of acceptance and validation. How this leads to fragmenting of the faiths and how the leaders (myself included) haven't done our due diligence in helping the young in slowly progress. We then have an inauthentic movement that parallels the transgender movement in it's mode of application. Thus, I coin it Trans-Hebraicism.
Our emotional state is a product of our spiritual condition. Christopher looks at the words of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov when he says that sadness is arrogance and does his view align with the Torah, Ketuvim, Nevi'im and Brit Chadasha? Christopher investigates this and helps his audience to show the solution to their problems when it comes to emotional state and the effects of it.
In this episode Christopher discusses the appearance of the Satan in the Torah Portion Bereishis. It is often taught the Satan is strictly this external entity who comes along to wreak havoc in mankind. Yet the Bible may be saying something different than this and what the job of the Satan is, considering that Hashem created everything, including the Satan. Christopher discusses the idea of the Yetzer Hara, the inner Satan that we have to conquer daily.
Christopher discusses the first and last letters of the Torah in Hebrew and the first and last ones of the Aramaic of the New Testament and the words they form and what their message is.
These teachings are by Christopher Fredrickson and air on 2 Christian radio stations as well as Yeshiva Radio. In Brutal Planet, Christopher discusses the ties of the New Testament with Rabbinic Judaism.
